dbx 266xl Compressor Gate
Specifications

The superb engineering in the 266XL ensures that both its compression and gating provide versatility and excellent sonic performance in situations where other compressor/gates typically produce undesirable processing artifacts. When using the 266XL’s AutoDynamic™ Attack and Release controls, artists and engineers will find that the center settings deliver classic dbx compression, while the full control range produces voicings that extend from slow “leveling” to aggressive “peak” limiting.

Drawmer Dl221 Dual Compressor Limiter
Specifications

Industry standard dual mono/stereo compressor/limiter, widely used since the mid 80s. Side chain inputs, preset peak limiter. Easy to use, clearly laid out, but the meters are not always terrifically accurate. The first and least cluttered of a family that later added expanders, variable soft/hard knee options and even gates. Programme related, semi-automatic release characteristics which enable the DL221 to optimise its release time to difficult inputs such as vocals or slapped bass where the natural decay envelope may vary considerably. Side chain access via ¼" TRS jacks Input and output connections on unbalanced ¼" jacks. Clear metering shows input VU or gain reduction

BBS Opal FCS966EK 30 Band EQ
Specifications

The exceptional design of the Opal FCS-966 includes separate Hi and Lo contour filters, so you can adjust settings without disturbing a detailed room or loudspeaker response. These filters are very musical gentle boost and cut shelving filters which can be used to add (or remove) room effects that change with temperature, audience numbers or humidity. BSS's Constant Q topology gives you more efficient performance, providing a smooth interaction between adjacent faders and the resultant EQ curve more closely resembles the actual fader positions. Each eq fader has +/-15dB of adjustable gain, more than many competitive graphic eq's. The faders are long-throw 45mm types for precision control. Also provided on the FCS-966 is a sweepable high-pass filter which can be used very effectively to restrict the low-energy output for better amplifier and loudspeaker performance.

Hi and Lo shelving contour controls for sweetening
Constant Q filters for better efficiency
8-segment LED input/output metering
CLIP indicator .
Balanced inputs and outputs on XLR, 1/4 inch jack and screw terminal connectors
BBS AR133CH DI
Specifications

The unit includes phantom power and battery supplies as standard. Should the phantom power from the console fail or be accidentally switched off, the AR-133 automatically switches over to the internal 9V battery providing uninterrupted use.The unit is housed in a rugged aluminium extrusion case, with robust polyurethane end-cheeks which give the AR-133 a very distinctive look.Input connectors are both 1/4" jack sockets and an XLR socket, the latter meaning that the AR-133 can be used to convert unbalanced signals to a balanced output on XLRs throughout. The Input attenuation is 0, -20 or -40dB, making the box suitable for instrument, line or amplifier levels on inputs. On the output side, a ground-lift switch is provided for quick solutions to ground-loop problems. The AR-133 uses an enhanced version of the same audio path as the AR-116. The sound quality is legendary, particularly on acoustic and bass guitars.Numerous applications can be satisfied by the AR-133.
