Mr Scruff is a DJ with a difference, with styles ranging from Blues, Jazz, Soul, Funk, R&B, Disco, Boogie, Deep House, Reggae, Ska, Rock-steady, Dancehall, Electronica, Hip Hop, Latin, Drum & Bass and Breakbeat. By the very nature of his music selection, the speaker system he plays on has to be thunderous as well as having Clarity and high definition.

Mr Scruff's event runs on a monthly basis at the Music Box in Manchester and Blacka Acoustics after checking the installed club system we decided it would be best to utilize the previous sound system and enforce it with; 4 Blacka SS1000 subwoofers and 4 Blacka TFR 1502L, this bumped the existing system up a huge 9Kw! To say it was extremely loud is a massive understatement and to power a system this large you need the best amplifiers on the market and that’s why we used; 2 Crown VZ 5002 and 1 PSL KA 2400 with a DBX Driverack 480 for signal processing.

Most Sound and Lighting companies will charge you the earth and give you very little in return, you will not find that at Blacka Acoustics.
